Two weeks ago the government lifted the Covid 19 restrictions and the library has since been able to re-open. We are still required to practice social distancing and masking wearing, which is not difficult to enforce in the library. The children have been coming in their numbers to enjoy reading our books again.
Before re-opening the library was disinfected inside and outside
Just the week before re-opening we received a consignment of books from Book Aid International. As well as those sent from the UK, BAI also purchased for us some locally published textbooks which support the revised curriculum first introduced in 2017
